**Job Summary:**
Responsible for the day-to-day functions related to facilities (Maintenance/Engineering, Environmental Services), as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor, for the facilities. This role evaluates maintenance and safety issues, implements repair and maintenance work, coordinates security, housekeeping, maintenance, facilities support services, and manages supplies and requests for needed materials.
Salary Range
$26 - $34 per hour DOE
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a facilities role.
- Knowledge of JCAHO preparation helpful.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Evaluate maintenance and safety issues and priorities within the programs and services throughout locations.
2. Provide implementation of repair and maintenance work as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor.
3. Assist with the coordination of security, housekeeping, maintenance, facilities support services, and outside contractors towards the improvement of the physical plant.
4. Assist with the management of supplies and requests for needed materials, and communicate this to the Maintenance Supervisor.
5. Consult with the Maintenance Supervisor and provide leadership and support to the maintenance team.
6. Attend meetings as required, including staff meetings, in-service education, and trainings.
7. Maintain policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
8. Conduct oneself professionally in areas of dress, language, attitude, and behavior.
9. Fully understand and support the philosophy and objectives of the agency.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director, and/or Administration.
